Background: Tee-Ching graduated from the University of Western Australia with Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery with Honours in 2006. She completed a Hepatology Research fellowship at Royal Perth Hospital (RPH) and Gastroenterology and Hepatology advanced training at RPH and Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital (SCGH), with an interest in Inflammatory Bowel Disease and attained specialist qualification in 2015. She is a fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP), a member of the Gastroenterological Society of Australia (GESA) and is accredited to perform gastroscopy and colonoscopy by the Conjoint Committee for the Recognition of Training in Gastrointestinal Endoscopy (CCRTGE). Clinical: Dr Hun previously held a position as a Gastroenterologist at SCGH and currently holds a consultant post at St John of God Midland Public Hospital. She has a keen interest in inflammatory bowel disease, coeliac disease, iron deficiency anaemia, functional gut disorders and general hepatology disorders. She receives referrals for direct access endoscopy including colorectal cancer screening. Dr Hun is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and Malay.
